We hope you love what you have purchased and hope for them to arrive to you safetly. If any of your purchases are damaged or defective, all of our items are subject to a 30-day refund policy. You only have to send us an email requesting a refund along with photographic evidence of the damage and your recipt or proof of purchase. You can keep the item after the refund.
